Ive seen a ton of chicken fatties in the forum... But it looks like its all pounded out breasts... Was curious has anyone ever used ground chicken or ground turkey to make& smoke a fatty?? I have an idea I wanna try with ground turkey, a "thanksgiving dinner" fatty(stuffing,minced up carrots...
That's awesome the 2 of u cook together!! Personally I'm 25 and have a gf. She doesn't like the cooking aspect much, and when I get her to cook with me she gets impatient and decides to turn into a "looker" not a cooker lol! But that awesome u have that bond! Her chicken and ribs look...

Great success!! Not a bite left on the plate! Even had the girlfriend wanting more!! Cooked @240 for approx 2.5 hours. Bacon weave was golden and tight. IT @160!. Still having trouble getting pictures on from my iPad onto the feed :/. More to come!!
Tonight I'm taking my first attempt @ making & smoking a fatty!! I've had them in the past and I love all aspects of them. Got some sausage, peppers and cheese(a 5 cheese shredded Italian blend) .. I did not take picture of the process :( Bc I was not thinking and I am havin trouble uploading...
