My father-in-law has a trailer mounted Chisholm model from Yoder. We do alot of cooking on that smoker and I can say that you would not be disappointed in their build quality. Once you get used to cooking on the offset I'm sure you would like it. I've looked at the Loaded Wichita model myself...
Way back in April we had a week when the weather was cool so I decided I'd better take advantage and stock up on smoked cheese for the summer. Two months later I'm finally getting the Q-View up...oh well.
Loaded up the smoker with pepper jack, mozzarella, colby jack, and some med cheddar. 9...
Wow! Talk about a tough choice when it comes to voting. This is my most difficult decision of the week! I can honestly say I would order any one of these dishes if presented to me on a menu and they all look to be executed to perfection. Great job to you all!
Hey everyone, sorry it's taken me so long to get this posted but here are my recipes for my Feb Throwdown entry. First off, I just want to say again how much of an honor it was to be chosen as a winner, it was very unexpected. Congrats again to David as well, your entry looked great and I'm...

Welcome Chet! Great description of your smokehouse, now we're gonna need to see some pics of this beauty! I'm especially interested because I've been working on my design for my smokehouse build and it sounds like you've already implemented some of the ideas I had so please share!
That's funny I just made aebleskiver for breakfast this morning too for my daughter's first birthday! She must be mine cause she ate her share and then some! I almost took some pics and posted them as well but it was a little hectic with it being her B-Day and all. Africanmeat just had a post...
