    Remove meat when you refuel?

    How many of you (if any) with SFB's take meat off the grill when you refuel? I ask because someone in another thread mentioned it or at least moving the meat. I assume the theory is that when you dump a chimney of burning coals in your firebox you're going to get some sort of ash cloud going up...
