    So last weekend I made some Q for my annual block party. Brisket, PP, spares, beef ribs. Did it all in the UDS. Brisket and PP the day before, ribs on the day of. Everything turned out awesome!! Next time I think I'll let the brisket go a bit longer, the ribs were on par with my usual, though...

    Mini-WSM what size nipples

    So the one problem I would like to solve with my Mini-WSM is the bottom vent. what i'm going to do is try and create airflow similar to the UDS builds. So i'm going to put 3 nipples with caps, and one ball valve on it. I think i might run to home depot to get the nipples/caps on my lunch break...

    Hey, for those of you with a mini-wsm, what kind of cook times are you getting? i have a firebox in mine that is 4" high. I'm just wondering if it will be good for 10 hours or so without having to refill the coals. would like to do a 3-5lb pork butt in there. thanks Joe
