    17 hours on one load of charcoal

    [IMG Loaded up the charcoal 3/4 of a bag, 10:45 am smoked a 20 lb turkey the took that off at 4:30 pm, then proceed to put 10 lb pork butt and a 5 pound brisket, took those off at 1 30 am.     galvinized exhauast piping ? is that ok to use

    iv have a old chimney ven tin my garage and that's a class b vent and was wondering if i can go galvanized exhaust from the smoker to it with out worrying about those nasty fumes of zinc i do not have and galvanized parts in my smoke just the exhaust i would like to user it on ..any suggestions?
