i smoked my first set of spare ribs last nite, smoked them for 5 hrs at 250 the meat pulled away from the bone ends about 1/2 inch; they were great but my inside temp only got to a little over 150 should i have reached 160 on them and if so how do i attain 160 after they have smoked that long...
i smoked some spare ribs for 5 hrs at 250 degrees, the meat pulled away from the bones about 1/2 inch, my concern is the inside temp only got to just a little over 150. They were perfect other than the inside temp, what do i do to get them up to 160 or is is neccessary
