    Totally cosmetic issue...the screws to put on one of the wheels totally stripped out.  I am sure it would have worked fine, btu the assembly for the wheel was bent a bit.  So we decided to get a new one.

    Thanks.  That is what we thought.  I am talking him into keeping the 40 ;)  He is almost on board :) We currently use an old brinkman charcoal, so this feels like "overkill" to him!
