    I just got my upgrade. It took 2 1/2 months but I got it. I would call and order. You may not think that you need it can't hurt. Soon, I will add an additional air intake to mine.

    As a 100% newbie, does this thread argue that smaller pieces of meat are preferred to larger cuts? If a ten pound piece of meat is cut in two, are not the smoking results and safety enhanced?
