the package it came in was 16 pounds with two but the one on the grill was definitely bigger. so I'm guessing its about ten pounds. i think i will take it to 180-190 then let it rest in the oven.
i have a pork shoulder in the smoker as you read this and need some advise. the smoker im using is a tregor pellet smoker and it has three temp settings. im trying to keep the temp around 225 but my low and medium setting seems to have the smoker at 175-200 for the low setting and anywhere...
Hey guys just a quick question, doing my first pulled pork tomorrow and wondering if you guys ever have trouble removing the pork from the grill when its done. i worried the meat will fall apart as i try to take it off the grill. any advise would be much appreciated.
OK so a neighbor gave me an old smoker that was sitting around in his side yard. this is great news since i was ruining my dads grill trying to smoke meats in it. i am now the proud new owner of a Char-Broil Smoker h2o electric. i have some questions that hopefully you guys can answer...
jut wondering how everyone here feels about MSG. a buddy of mine has a rub his family buys that contains MSG and while it is very tasty i almost feel dirty eating it for some reason. just curious what the feeling here is.
