Has anyone tried using a rack of some sort to hold the cavity of a turkey breast open to get smoke inside the cavity? I was thinking of using wire coat hangers bent into a "U" shape to prop the cavity open, and arranging the breast vertically to invite the smoke to flow through.
I just recieved my new Big Block and assembled it. So far I´m pretty impressed. The assembly went easily, and my first batch of chicken turned out really well.
My question is...The door doesn´t fit very tight and smoke leaks out; Do I care? Has anyone modified this smoker with a door gasket?
