i just cut down two pecan trees for people in my neighborhood and wanted to know how long to let it dry out before i smoke with it. also what is the best way to stack it all to dry .keep in mind i now have alot of wood .
how do yall feel about hooking up natural gas from the house up to all points on a chargriller duo.also a burner for the sfb .does nat gas burn ok. or is propane the only way.

ok i have gotten knee deep off in this smoking/grilling thing. my question is now that i have all these accesories, racks, gagets and dodads how and what should i store all this in ...totes i have a table full of stuff my pit area looks like a garage sale tent....HELP ideas would be welcome...
ok i own a cg trio ,and i am wanting to do a reverse flow conversion to the smoker side ...moving the pipe and welding in a drip/water pan and adding a ball valve drain . baffles just aint cutting it ....any thoughts or ideas would be appriciated thanks rick
