    roll 'em, smoke 'em and you're hooked... we're not gonna get in trouble are we? OMG these things are addictive plus they're nearly as good sliced and reheated as hot out of the smoker... esp turkey sausage ones

    removing easy off???

    hi guys, WHOOOOOO hooooo. got my new/ used char griller today. nice and clean (too clean) and almost 100% of the parts included. test fired it with one chimney of briketts all went well EXCEPT.... it seems the previous owner sprayed easy off on the insides of the cooking chamber to clean it...

    not to reinvent the wheel.....but

    has anyone here tried using light weight insulating fire brick (ifb)to line an horizontal offset smoker chamber? i have a little tile saw and i think if i cut one of these into 1" x 4" x 1/2" thick strips and gluing them to the inside of the top and bottom of the cooking and prolly the fire...

    hi all, i am certainly glad i discovered this forum. i've been charcoal grilling for a long time and have smoked off and on during that peroid. i use a weber 22.5 kettle and an ecb (recently deceased). i have a burning desire for a mid-sized char griller and should have one fairly soon (used)...
