OK, I cheated and used a store bought marinade from BBQ Galore and injected both chickens in about 20 places with it, then applied a hickory dry rub (yes, store bought) and let is sit overnight. I then sat them both on containers with beer and smoked over hickory at about 200 for 4-4.5 hours...
First attempt at posting a pic. This is a couple of pork tenderloins that I marinated overnight, covered in bacon and smoked for about 4.5 hours. Very tasty and tender!
