Masterbuilt XL or MasterForge Dual Door

I have the option of getting the Masterbuilt XL from BPS for the same price as the MasterForge Dual Door from Lowes. Other than the size difference and the cheapo chip tray in the XL - any other difference??

    Smoking with Weber kettle grill

I use my Weber all the time - i bought the Smokenator and it works great. I get about a 6 hour burn at about 225' which is perfect for ribs. I have done pulled pork on it with great results. The only problem is it doesnt hold alot of food. I have done 3 6lb butts on it but nothing more than that.

I have this book - some of the recipes in the book are good.  I dont pay much attention to the cook times - everyone's smoker is different.

    Injected Chicken Wing Question

I have smoked wings before but usually inject and rub them right before they go on the smoker. Has anyone ever injected them the night before and let them sit in the fridge.  Dont know if they will get too mushy if i tried this. Thanks!!

    WTF??? My chimney starter exploded!!!

I learned this lesson tailgaiting at 8 AM in a parking lot. I usually just use the side burner on the gas grill to light the coals. The Weber chiminy fits perfect.
