    well i have a pot luck tomorrow at work so i decided on ribs and beans. Here are the pics of todays Q. Just getting started About 3 hours in beans go on and ribs come off to get wrapped. After unwrapping Beans looking good All done!!!

    Greetings from the QC

    Well i just found this site not to long ago and must say i do love it!! Im just getting into smoking. Last year I had and ECB and got a brinkman snp for Easter. I am always looking to try new things and advice so ill be here often all.
