Also, consider your local restaurant supply. They will have many sizes of food safe buckets and pails in all price ranges. I use a 5 gal pail and being in MI i can usually put the bird in my winterized travel trailer to brine over night.

Yep, Got both pieces at Lowes. And as mentioned above they are packaged and shelved in different locations in the stores. Mine works great after applying the Mods listed here. If your Lowes does not have it, go to another Lowes, of course, I live in the Big City so there are several to choose...
