Got 2 five gallon buckets full of green tomatoes and was given an assortment of peppers before the freeze. Googled and got the recipe of of the net.

I understand the diff also like the instant read capability. I just couldn't get all my toys at once. It was hard enough to get this bill passed through my at home congress.
I thought I would be set if I just kicked out the money for a termapen but decided to go this route instead. I like the idea of keeping the lid closed as much as possible.

Bought the unit from the link 3montes. Thanks. Also got a 3 inch BBQ Temperature Gauge for the side of my drum. Total was 88 dollars, a little more then I was going to spend but its done. I am sure it will be worth it in the end.
