    in California Tri-tip is the go to cut, find them anywhere, just got some large untrimmed for 2.99/lb

    smoked chicken and tri-tip, corn on the cob ( i soak it in water in the husk and then throw it on the smoker ) no pics. Turned out great i have never slow cooked a tri-tip usually direct grill. Was super tender and a great smoke ring.

    yes you can use it as a grill as well by building your fire in the main cooking area. I have a Longhorn, and do it all the time.

    Finally remembered to take photos of my fatty prep ! Ground beef, sausage and spices Bacon weave fillings wrapped and ready Done ! Big hit ! these are so good with the crispy bacon shell !!!
