Masterbuilt Customer Service

FRUSTRATED WITH DELIVERY OF NEW MB 40 INCH ELECTRIC SMOKER.
Smoker was delivered Fedex to my house 7/12, opened it up this morning to assemble and the 'wood chip housing' was damaged to the point that I could not remove the drip pan underneath, and no chance of the 'wood chip loader' inserting due to the downward bend on the housing. 'Think' I...- boogalie
