    Beef ribs = future cook

Our neighbor still has cows on his family farm and last year he gave us beef ribs because they don't eat them. I politely asked if I could get dino cuts next year? They just butchered two cows and I got a laundry basket of beef ribs and soup bones.

    Have grill(s), want smoker...

Hi, I have 2 Weber gas grills and I've tried smoking with them, but it's a compromise since I can't get below 300 F in the summer. Looking for a smoker recommendation for a set and go to sleep piece of hardware: Natural gas heat source. Prefer to use pellets. Meat - whole turkey, Boston butt...

    Beef Ribs @ 300 F

Hi, I'm doing beef ribs this Saturday. I use a gas grill and have trouble keeping the temperature below 300 F during the summer. In NoDak in February I can hold it closer to 200 degrees... How many hours should I plan for beef ribs at 300 degrees? Thanks!

Independence Day Ribs - day late

Hi, have company coming in so I'm doing another 3-pack of Costco pork ribs. I have trouble keeping the grill below 300, so at 2:45 I'm giving them a half hour smoke break before I wrap them. Basically same as I did for Memorial Day other than bumping up the allspice a bit and I'm using LizzQ...

    Rotisserie Pork Butt

Hi, New to the forum. I have a Summit 6 Weber gas grill. And a 9.5 # bone-in pork butt that I want to grill in a couple of days. It will be 30 degrees outside and I have all day. Would like to use it on the rotisserie. Any suggestions? Ted
