    Longest time wrapped in the cooler?

    How long can I leave my pork shoulders wrapped in the cooler? I'm figuring they will be done around 4 or 5 AM and we'll be eating them around noon.

    First time spares w/ q-view

    My first spare ribs went on the Masterbuilt 7-in-1 today at 12. I rubbbed them with Texas Rib Rangers rub last night. I'm using hickory and I'll be spraying them with apple juice. http://i301.photobucket.com/albums/n...q/100_1140.jpg I'll have more pics later.

    First brisket with Q-view

    I did my first brisket today on my Masterbuilt 7-in-1, it was 6.5 lbs and took about 9 hours. Everything I read on this site really helped a lot. It turned out really well, everyone enjoyed it. I can't wait for sammiches for lunch this week...

    First time on 7 in 1, beef ribs

    I used my masterbuilt 7 in 1 today for the first time and did some beef ribs. Temperature was between 225 and 240 for about 5.5 hours. They turned out pretty good, the flavor was really good, a little bit tough, but i'm very critical of my own work. Ready to go on...

    New Masterbuilt 7 in 1 owner

    I'm getting ready to start smoking on my new stainless propane Masterbuilt 7 in 1. I had a a Char-Broil similar to the Brinkmann Smoke N' Grill, but I only used it a couple of times a few years ago. I'm excited to try the new one, this website looks like a great place to learn.
