Would like to smoke some boneless chicken breast this weekend and wondered what would be an ideal temp to remove from smoker? I really want to guard against ending up with dried out chicken. Any suggestions?
made my first bone head mistake on my first smoke. i tried to smoke ribs on an electric smoker using pellets instead of chips or wood chunks. i couldn't figure why the pellets would not burn therefore not produce any smoke. is it true that you need a pellet smoker in order to use pellets...
