    Tri-Tip?

    Went to the local butcher and asked if they sold Tri-Tip and he said 'all the time's. He went into the back and came out with the meat all wrapped up. Thought it was odd that it weighed in at 3.8lbs but didn't want to question my only local butcher on his skills. From what I've seen online...

    The Fleet is Complete

    Hey guys, Just wanted to share with you guys my finished fleet of barrel smokers. Had a blast building them, took alot more work than I thought it would. Followed the basic plan and made a few of my own changes along the way. Let me know what you think!

    Alright, so my broil king vertical is no more, hate my pellet smoker so I guess that means its time for something new and shiny. I ideally want an offset smoker but they don't seem to be in my price range unless I'm looking at a COS like a OKJ, which are nice but I don't want to be babysitting...

    Hey Guys, New here, first post. was wondering if anyone knows of a Canadian dealer of smokedaddy's? I find my GMG doesn't put out enough smoke for me. I've tried a pellet tube as well but still don't get that smokey punch I'm looking for.
