    had just put 2 racks of ribs on when the neighbor dropped by with a wagon full of hay. With potential rain tonight, had to unload. Set the smoker down to 200 and unloaded 75 bales of hay. I think I’m getting too old for this stuff. Ribs at 130 IT now, so it doesn’t look like dinner was disturbed...
