    Temp regulator

    does anyone use a temp regulator for their smoker? I have a Primo and love it but where I have my grill the wind can get at it sometimes and raise temp a little higher than I want. Any good reviews?

    New to this site from Wisconsin

    just found this site while searching around. I’ve been smoking since the beginning of this year on my Primo. Love the thing. I know the science behind the bbq but looking for any ideas or flavoring people have used that are creative.
