    Labour Day Smoke

    well the baby backs are ready togo, I`m gunna fire up the smoker around 10 am , should be ready for the meat by 10:30 or so. I`m planning on taking the meat off around 2:30 or so for it to rest an hour before eating oh ya and the next door neighbour is bringing over some home made sausage

    my first grandchild was born at 11:30 pm friday feb-8, she's happy and screaming just fine, got all the toes and fingers weighed in at 7lbs 2 oz both Mom and Baby are doing fine,they have choosen the name of Mabli (welsh, translates to Mable in english) I'm gunna change my Nick to GrandpaDon :-)
