    Just tossed on some spares.

Picked up three racks of spares and trimmed out to St Louis style. Here are the racks and the trimmed out parts. Might cut up some of the trimmings and throw in a pan of beans a bit later.

    Brisket

Got up about 1am to throw on a 10.5 pound brisket. Had it rubbed up and ready to go in yesterday morning. Got up after 4 hours to reload the a-maz-n tube and it is sitting at 157 internal. It can stall all it wants today I am going to win and hopefully with plenty of time for burnt ends

    Trying out the rib-o-lator

Got this for Father's Day this year. Did stuffed chicken breasts and twice baked potatoes awhile back and worked good. Doing some country style spares today. Going to have to stack a few to fit the taters later but that should be ok. Really like this gadget so far can rotisserie all kinds of stuff.
