Was at Sam's last weekend and picked up 2 10lb pre cooked Jenni O oven roasted turkey breasts. I want to smoke them, but need to know if I need to do anything different compared to smoking a uncooked one. Any help would be appreciated.

Put two 6lb pork butts on Friday night in the MES40 using hickory and oak for wood in the AMNPS. They came out pretty tasty. Did one for a former boss of mine and she was very happy with my results.

I am making a batch of BBQ sauce as I type this and was wanting to know how to thicken it up. I have read about a roux, but not sure what is best to use to do this with my sauce. Any help would be appreciated. I am making a double batch which will make about 4 cups of sauce. thanks

Does Jeffs recipe make a thick sauce or thinner one? I have been trying to come up with a good sauce recipe, but they all end up being on the thin runny side and I dont want that. Just curious as to what his is. thanks
