Smoking some polish indirect with some Applewood. Little snack for lunch. A friend made a batch and gave me 5#. First snow here in Wisconsin, saying 3-5 inches. Love smoking in the winter! Happy holidays!
Got these going inderect with a half used half new coals from the chimney. Using chunks of apple and hickory. Will put em in a bbq and apple juice pan covered after they get some smoke. Let it go till fork tender. Sunday football food! Thanks for looking! Go PACK!!

Smoked a bottom round roast with some hickory till 125 let rest for 20 min then shaved it on the slicer and into McCormick ajus. They were great! Hope the picture went through. First time trying to upload pics.
