    Doing a brisket for the first time today!

    Found a small brisket on sale it weighs 2.02lb. Last night I covered it in Lea&perrins Worcestershire sauce and rubbed it and refrigerated overnight. Fired up the smoker @ 6:45 to 180 degrees and put the brisket in @ 7:00.

    First prime rib!

    Picked up a prime rib the other day it was on sale and weighed 7.80 #. I covered it in lea and Perkins Worcestershire thick sauce and rubbed it with sea salt black pepper onion powder and garlic powder and refrigerated over night.
