    Inkbird Kudo's

    Kudo's for SMF on the Inkbird recommendations. Ours came today. So we did chicken thighs (normally a 1hr 10 Min cook for us - smoker temp 275 deg) and it was nice to see the 180 deg confirmation on the Inkbird when we pulled them from the smoker.
