    First Try Tip smoke.

    Try Tip Prime on at 4:00. Smoked 1-1/2 hour at 250, pulled it at 159 internal and seared it on my little Weber. :grilling_smilie:

    Baby backs today!

    In at 11:00 with a bag of Lazzari lump and Almond chunks. One rack with JB's Fat Boy rub 50/50 with brown sugar. The 2nd rack,:grilling_smilie: Jeff's "Naked Rib Rub".

    5-3/4 hours into smoke at 220-230 and rib temp has been stuck at 156. Not much pull back. What to do?
