    New to forum

    Just found the forum this week and joined, while searching for info on the Camp Chef Smoke Vault and the Landmann 38". I've been smoking for 7 or 8 years probably.  Started with a cheap offset charcoal smoker.  I had trouble maintaining temps, and didn't like how much it took to keep it going...
