This is my first brisket on the char griller smoker- I did a lot homework and reading and I think it paid off. You could see the juices pour out as I filleted it!
Just got a Char Griller, we were going to go with a Traeger, but found the char griller which is almost the same but for half the cost.. my question is this, are the recipes for the Traeger easily transitioned over to the Char Griller?
