Frozen duck
Have a frozen duck(bowling ball) last time I cooked a duck in the oven I thawed in fridge for 2 1/2 days, then had to put in sink a run cold water over it a while to thaw. Could I put in a brine for a few days in the fridge?if so and it took a couple of days to thaw will it hurt to be in the... -
