    New guy from Chicago

    Hello everyone, New to smoking food, but happy I found the forum.  I plan on getting my own smoker soon so that I won't have to keep borrowing my buddy's that is about an hour away from me.  So far I have made venison summer sausages that taste ok, but don't look very good...Thanks to the forum...
