Remove rubber seal on lid?
The lid of the drum has a seal/gasketing around the lip of the lid. Is it imperative I remove that? Thanks, Derek- dwrek

Feedback on injecting turkey
Hello Guys, I smoked a 7lb turkey breast this weekend (bone in). I tried injecting for the 1st time. I used a butter based Stubb’s injection. When I started to slice there were pockets of the injection. I was under the impression it would cook in more. Is this normal? Do you think I used...- dwrek
