Anyone tried to cook ahead of time and freeze pulled pork for later?
I have to cook for 30 people the end of June. I am figuring on 2, 7 pound bone in butts. I was kicking around smoking one at a time and freezing after it has been pulled. Anyone ever try this?

Well I am getting the itch to get the garden started. Even though I have 2 feet of snow covering it. The garden is about 9x15. This year I am planting the following.
Cucumbers
Tomatoes
Green onions
Green peppers
Yellow banana peppers
Jalapenos
Spanish yellow onions
Zucchini
Maybe potatoes...
Hey everyone new guy here in Michigan. I have lost count as to what generation smoker I am, you could say I have been smoking and making sausages my whole life. Maybe I will learn some new stuff here.
