Added a MES 40 to the Arsenal
My well used black MES 30 needed a playmate. Picked it up at Sam's and hope to get it seasoned tomorrow, I plan to have both going for a larger gathering on Saturday, butts in the 40 ribs in the 30. Got 1 AMNPS to mess with on the way, if it's as good as advertised will probably add a 2nd. ...- goobzilla

Cheesy Hashbrown Casserole w/Qview
This one's a winner! 2 lbs frozen shredded hashbrowns thawed 1 can cream of chicken soup 8 oz shredded cheddar 1 cup sour cream 1/2 stick butter melted diced onion, salt & pepper to taste. Mix it all up and spread in 13x9 pan. Cook 1 hour @ 350 or 40-45 mins @ 400. Enjoy!- goobzilla
