    as long as a local butcher is fair, i have no problem paying.. i ordered "prepaid" half of a Prime Ribeye one time and it looked choice to me..not near the fat content that there should have been.. The Prime i seen at Sams yesterday was legit.. damn it looked nice..

    Siege, the Sam's we have is stocked full of fresh meats and seafood. best spread in our area.. the beef was bright red, no brown or aged meat that I seen.. I'll take my wife next time.

    I am looking for a more reliable source and Variety .. I seen Sams Club has alot of options on meat.. you can get a membership for $45.00 or $100.00 for the high end perks.. does anyone use them or has used them in the past? Pros - Cons ? is it worth the $45.00 ? thanks in advance. ~Jim

    very nice.. one thing with a RF that helps with a hot spot is a baffle at the throat.. if there isnt one,the heat rises and hits the rf plate creating the hot spot.. a baffle will eliminate that by pushing the heat down into the smoker...
