    Smoking a Little Lunch Meat

Yesterday after the rain stopped, I fired up the WSM and cooked up 2 eye of round roast beef, and a Butterball turkey breast.  I brined the turkey in the Slaughterhouse brine, and seasoned the roast beef with a beef rub I threw together.  I let both sit in the frig overnight to soak in the...

    Master Forge smoker at Lowes

Congrats on the new purchase.  I have the same smoker, and have had a lot of sucess with it.  The one Mod I would suggest you get is the A-Maze-N tube smoker, http://www.amazenproducts.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=AMNTS.  I use the 12" version in my smoker, and it's helped produce some...

    Baby Backs Trigg Q-View

Good job on the ribs, they look great.  I have made baby backs the same way.  They were pretty darn good if I remember.  Keep up the good work.

I also purchased a fat separator recently, and was going to save of the juices from the foil wrap. Is this safe to store for an extended...

    2nd time smoking a brisket

It looks like you did a good job, and if it tasted good, it was a success.  I have yet to try a brisket on my gas smoker, but I did just purchase a 18.5" WSM and hope to cook a packer in the weeks to come. Thanks for sharing.
