Like everybody has been saying, apork butt roast is a good one to start with.Make sure you get that thermometer so you can keep track of the internal temperature of your meat.

I just checked, and it is a Gaslow and has three lines to go with the outside temperature.Cold day,cool day and hot day.
Mine is older so it does not have the plastic screw on.
It has the smaller threads that go inside the valve like they do when filling the tank.
