Just got a 12 inch smoking cube,going to try and smoke some sharp cheddar cheese , the question I have after reading in the forums here is do I need to vacuum seal the cheese after I am done letting it rest on the kitchen counter,I do not have a vacuum sealer. Thanks for any answers
Hey everyone going to smoke a brisket for the big game this coming Sunday,only done 1brisket so far looking for some rub reccommdations, smoking a whole brisket in the 12-14 lb range,any suggestions would be great
I'm thinking I have about another hour on the smoker,then letting it rest for awhile,also have some beans in a pan for a side dish,beans have been on for 2.5 hours
Thanks I just went and checked it it was at 165 ,I wrapped it at 150 ,it's been a hour in the wrap and went up 15 degrees at 225 Temp, thinking of turning it up to 250 for awhile,it's been on since noon
