    Here is day 5 on the Mead!  Color is gorgeous! The honey layer is gone from the bottom of the glass jug.  There seems to be "debris" from the fruits and yeast.  I know that happens with beers.  So....crossing fingers this is on the right track.  I am loving watching all the bubbles and the...
