I store my rubs in a Mason jar in the cupboard! Sometimes it's in there for a month or 2 or 3... never had a problem with it clumping back up, and easy to shake it up and remix every time I use it!
Although it pretty dry here... that might have something to do with it!
I see your point... I had forgot about the "vote in all 3" aspect! That does change the "theoretical" tally. I will say though, that voting for someone else, seems a little bassackwards...
It would stand to reason that the final voting thread would have significant more votes... theoretically you could reach a total of all 3 initail threads combined... plus or minus a few that did or didn't vote the first go-round. But it is a little suspect...
I'm not sure how they go about it. It would seem reasonable to announce the grand prize winner FIRST, that way, if it were one of the peoples choice entries,we could get somebody else entered into the runner-up position! JMHO

If he had to taste test all of them it would make sense... The meat hangover would be slowing things down, but it only pics! lol Or maybe he's trying to re-create each one... that would explain the delay! lmao
Not sure about the 732, as I have a diffent model. On mine, the reciever, "one in the house", needs to be turned on first then the one with the probe "transmitter" turned on. other wise they seem not to talk to each other. I also have a little tiny transmit button on the back of the transmitter...
A.W. When I smoke, I FILL the smoker! depending, you may have to rotate top to bottom to keep control of temps. I smoked 2 mid size turkeys at once, awhile back... depends on your description of "medium" lol mine were 10lbs IIRC will never roast or fry a turkey again!!!
The flame wil go...
