    Some guys I've seen grab one end of a packer and try to flop the other end over. If it won't flop over easily, it has too much hard fat that will have to be trimmed off.:emoji_disappointed:

    Brisket holding question.

    I would wrap in foil then in large towel or blanket and put it in a cooler. It will stay hot for many hours.

    I have the little sawdust burning maze by Amazen but I can't keep it lit. I even tried using s torch to light it but it still goes out.
