Gary, to br honest it was the best butts I ever made. Ribs were good but the butts were were so tender and juicy with great flavor and perfect smoke. I only used kosher salt on the butts.
Now to finish my list to make it complete. I need to finish in the next few weeks as baseball is upon us.
