    The wife wanted some chuck roast burnt ends so decided to do those plus. So did another chuck for shredded beef and since the smoker was fired up might as well do a meatloaf for leftovers and some smoked mac & cheese and a cream cheese block. Love me some leftovers.

    Thanks Gary Thank you. Seems like I'm doing more and more chuck and its the first thing to go, I love me some chuck. Someone brought the peanut butter beer and a bottle of screwball peanut butter whiskey both were pretty good
