well been up since 4:00 am getting ready for the smoke today...we have 12# briskit and a 4# rump roast that i am doing today here is some starter q-views more is to follow.....trying the weber rub out on the briskit have used on other cuts of meat its real good...my smoker was sleepy had to wake...

so cook it seperate or whole , really to me i just do the whole thing and have extra....yea
i would offer about $200 maybe depending on how well built it is....ya know mite look good in a picture but be crappy in person...but by the pic $200...my .02
honestly it would take a lot of char something to make up these hca compounds to actually do someting to you..i think if you basically burnt something 10 times a day and ate it do this plus 6-7 days a week at a couple of 10-20 years ..yea you may have a point ..but 1-2 a week everyother week or...

well tybo not actually mine just something i saw on craiglist ..thought it was interesting because how thick the steel is and how heavy this sucker must be....i would guess it has a pretty good surfacer area probably big enought for a small pig...guessing tho...interested in it call the number...

for simple all around rub i use is equal parts of paprika , sugar (white or brown) salt , and black pepper and i use this pretty much on everything...real good and real simple....and for a mop or spritz i like using pepsi or a fruit juice of choice....happy smoking..
