    What are the traditional competitions at an average BBQ contest? Is it just Ribs, Brisket, Chicken and Pulled Pork? I ask because I would truly like to start competing this time next year and I want to get all the practice I can.

    Man ole man, smoked chicken taste amazing! I had no idea that I've been missing out on something this good for so long. The wood I used complimented the chicken thighs very well also. I don't think I want grilled chicken ever again!

    Lol, no recipe to go with the pictures. I'm still trying to come up with my own recipe. I just seasoned the meat with some spices I had around the house. The picture really doesn't do the meatloaf justice but here it goes. Once again, this was my first try at it

    Today was my first time trying my hands at a smoked meatloaf. It turned out pretty good. I cook it a lil too fast but it juicy and flavorful. Pictures soon!!

    @Smoking B it was about 175-183 but it finally done. I used too much wood and not enough rub. I know its not the best butt but i'm satisfied for my first time. Cant wait until next Saturday to try something else
